Menu-wise, there are no surprises here: sliders, short ribs, macaroni salad, and corn fritters share page-space with a deep burger list—spicy elk on brioche with adobo aioli and chipotle peppers, for example, and a stuffed bison ordeal with bleu cheese, bacon, and garlic—and barbecue pulled pork served up two ways.
